If you require special assistance during your journey, please inform your tour operator at the time of booking. The tour operator will then notify us directly, allowing us to make the necessary arrangements to support you throughout your flight.

To ensure you receive the assistance you need, we recommend notifying your travel organizer of your assistance requirements at the time of booking, but no later than 48 hours before departure.

Arrive Early at the Gate

Passengers with reduced mobility are usually boarded first to allow them time to settle in before other passengers board. Therefore, we kindly ask passengers requiring assistance to be at the gate well in advance of departure.

Traveling Alone or with an Assistant?

Passengers must be able to move independently to locations such as restrooms and exits onboard. If you are traveling with a personal assistant or another helper, they can assist a maximum of two passengers during the flight.
