Onboard conduct

General Conduct

If you behave onboard in a way that endangers the aircraft, any person, or property, or if you interfere with the crew in the performance of their duties, or refuse to follow crew instructions—including but not limited to smoking, alcohol, or drug consumption—or if your behavior causes discomfort, inconvenience, or harm to other passengers or the crew, we may take whatever measures we deem necessary to prevent further such behavior, including the use of restraint. You may be asked to disembark and denied further transport, and you may be prosecuted for offenses committed onboard the aircraft. Additionally, you will be required to reimburse us for any costs and/or losses incurred due to your behavior.

Photography and Filming Onboard

Photography and filming onboard are only permitted when the rights of the individuals being photographed, particularly their right to privacy, can be protected and ensured. It may be prohibited to photograph or film other things onboard, and the crew has the right to issue instructions regarding when these conditions apply, which must be followed. See possible penalties under section 12.1 in our general terms and conditions.

Electronic Devices

For safety reasons, we may prohibit or restrict the use of electronic devices onboard, including but not limited to mobile phones, laptops, portable radios, CD players, electronic games, or transmitting devices such as remote-controlled toys and walkie-talkies. The use of hearing aids and pacemakers is permitted.
